Privacy protection

By submitting your CV to one of our member companies, you agree that your CV will be filed in an electronic system owned and administered by that company, in respect with the privacy regulations applicable to that company, depending on the home country of that company. These regulations may be different of the regulations which are applicable in your country.

All member companies use the information in your CV exclusively for their professional recruitment work. We never pass this information to anybody else without your explicit prior confirmation in writing or e-mail.

For this reason we ask you to submit your CV to each member company you are interested in, as member companies will not pass your CV to each other without your prior approval.

Data used for your identification

As we have been in contact over the years with tens of thousands of candidates, it sometimes happens that different persons have exactly the same name and first name.

In order to distinguish candidates who happen to have the same name and first name, we kindly ask you to provide us also your birth date. If your nickname is different from your official first name, please provide both.

Your birth date will NOT be used to discriminate against you based on your age.

We recommend however also to enclose a photo (passport type) with your CV, although this information will not be used for formal identification.

Updating data

If later on you wish to update your CV, just send us a new one. Do not forget to send an update to each individual company you wish to inform.

Removing your data

If you wish your CV removed from our electronic filing systems, please inform us in writing or e-mail with authenticity verification about your desire. We will promptly remove your data in our systems. Again, do not forget to send the request to each individual company involved.

Agreement

If you do not agree with our standards of conduct as outlined above, please do not submit your CV.
